Annika Barefoot is owned and operated by Annika Barefoot, CVR: 44669781 (hereinafter “Annika Barefoot” or “annika-barefoot.com”, “I”, “Me”, “My”, “We”, “Us” and “Our”)
When the terms “I,” “Me,” or “My” are used, they refer to Annika Woller, the owner and sole person behind the brand. When “We,” “Us,” or “Our” is used, it represents the webshop as a whole, though it’s still just Annika running the business.

These terms and conditions apply to purchases of goods from annika-barefoot.com. The right to cancel applies only to private customers who purchase through annika-barefoot.com. For purchases made through resellers, their guidelines apply.
Payment, Fees and Pricing
We accept payments on annika-barefoot.com made with the following credit cards:

The amount will only be charged when the item is shipped. If you have ordered multiple items and one of them is a pre-order, I will ship the order only when all items are in stock.
Prices are stated in danish kroner (DKK). There is a currency changer in the top of the front page.
You must choose how you want your goods shipped during the payment process, where you will also see the shipping price.
Fees and Taxes
All product prices displayed on our website include Danish VAT (Value Added Tax) at the applicable rate for all orders within Denmark and the European Union.
For customers outside the European Union, prices are displayed excluding VAT. Once your order arrives in your country, it may be subject to VAT, import duties, or other taxes. I ship orders according to Incoterms Duties at Place (DAP), which means that I do not collect any VAT, duties, or taxes on shipments outside the EU. Any additional charges that arise will be your responsibility to pay in order to clear customs. For further details, please reach out to your local customs office or feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to guide you.
USA: In the U.S., the de minimis threshold allows goods valued at $800 or less to enter the country without incurring duties or taxes. However, other fees like sales tax or additional charges by couriers could still apply based on the state and shipping service used. N.B. Due to recent circumstances: I cannot guarantee that changes in U.S. import regulations won’t affect your order. Please contact your local customs office if in doubt.
AUS and NZ: Australia has a low-value import threshold of AUD/NZD 1,000. If the value of the shoes (including shipping costs) is below AUD/NZD 1,000, no customs duties are applied. However there’s a 10% GST on the total value (including shipping) and possible processing fees from the shipping company.

Incorrect Pricing or Information:
Despite my best efforts, items may sometimes be listed with incorrect prices or inaccurate information. If this occurs, I reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction, even if it has been completed and payment has been processed. Should this happen, I will promptly issue a refund for the payment. Please refrain from using the item unless it is repurchased at the correct price.
Receipt of Order and Order Confirmation
When you order an item from me, you will receive a receipt (order confirmation) via email, confirming that I have received your order. This means that you have entered into a binding purchase agreement with Annika Barefoot.

Free shipping is primarily to a parcel shop. When a parcel shop isn’t available, the parcel will be sent to the customer’s address without extra costs. This will be displayed during checkout.

The prices in your shopping cart will reflect the most up-to-date exchange rates and may differ from those listed below.

Note: Remote areas are not included in the prices above. If there’s an addition to the shipping price, it will be visible to the customer during checkout.
The delivery time is usually 3-10 business days but may be longer. I ship orders no later than 3 days after the order is placed. All the packages are insured and have a track & trace number. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track & trace. If you need help making an online purchase, please send an email to contact@annika-barefoot.com.
If these delivery terms cannot be met I’ll notify you of expected delivery date.
Disclaimer – shipments to Greenland, Iceland, Faroe Islands and remote areas has a delivery time up to a month.

The delivery times are estimations and not guarantees. We do not take responsibility for orders held in transit or customs, though we aim to make this as fast as possible, as we’ve prepaired the customs declarations before shipping.
Annika Barefoot hold the risk on delivery. The customer hold the risk on returns.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within a period of 30 days. If you have purchased multiple items in one order, you can choose to return some or all of the items. Your right to withdraw from a purchase expires 30 days after you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has physically received the goods.
If you have ordered multiple items and I cannot deliver all items at once, your right to return begins from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has physically received the last item. If the return period expires on a public holiday, Sunday, Saturday, Christmas Eve (December 24th), or New Year’s Eve (December 31st), the return period is extended to the next business day.
Exchanges
I can not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability of your preferred product.
I suggest you order the correct item as soon as possible to avoid the risk of it being sold out in the meantime.
How to Exercise Your Right to Return
To exercise your right to return, you must notify me by sending an email stating that you are exercising your right to withdraw from your purchase to: contact@annika-barefoot.com.
Important!
Please write this on the parcel:
“Returned goods – no commercial value – Portuguese origin – originally exported from Denmark”
You cannot refuse to accept an item or fail to collect it from the parcel shop. If this happens, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs may vary, and I will inform you of the exact amount before processing the refund.
Your cancellation is valid as long as you contact us before the 30-day withdrawal period has expired.
Returning Goods and Associated Costs
If you decide to return your purchase, you must send the item to me without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed by email, of your decision to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
The only cost the customer incurs for returning via the return form is the amount listed below.

Returned items may be delivered to the address by arrangement via email or other communication methods. Your return package must also include a copy of the order confirmation, invoice or other documentation proving your purchase.
You are welcome to use your own shipping system. However, if there are any costs incurred by Annika Barefoot in connection with this, the amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Goods cannot be returned as cash on delivery and not to a collection address/parcel locker, unless the return labes states so. You should ensure that the item(s) is properly packaged when you return it. I encourage re-use of the bag, the items got shipped in. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Shoes must be returned in their box; other accessories must be returned in the packaging received by the customer.
You cannot send directly in the shoe box; please use the same bag/box that you received the items in. If the shoes are returned only in the shoe box, we will deduct the cost of a new box plus an administrative fee from the amount to be refunded. You are personally responsible for the package/items until we have received them. Therefore, keep all postal receipts and any track and trace numbers.
For unclaimed packages, all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any taxes and duties, will be debited upon the handling of the return.
Provided that all the above return conditions are met, you can expect a full refund within 14 days from the day of the receipt of your package.
Testing Our Goods and Packaging
We recommend trying on the shoes indoors, on a rug or carpet.
You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
You may normally examine an item in the same way as you would in a store. However, you must not use it. If you have used it in a way that you should not or in a way that you cannot do in a store, and we cannot resell it at full price, you can expect us to deduct the depreciation amount from the amount to be refunded. If the item no longer has any resale value, we cannot refund the purchase amount. If in doubt, please send pictures to contact@annika-barefoot.com before returning the item.
Refund Upon Cancellation of Purchase
When you cancel a purchase, we will refund all payments received from you for the purchase, including any delivery costs. This does not apply in the following cases:
- If you have purchased multiple items in one order and only wish to cancel part of your purchase, we do not refund delivery costs.
- If you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest delivery method we offer, you will not be refunded the extra cost.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification of cancellation of the order. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items, or until you have provided proof of return.
We will refund your money using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you have to pay any fees as a result of the refund.
Complaints
Color Disclaimer:
Color variations in the soles are to be expected when they are partially made from recycled materials. This is not a valid reason for a complaint. Minor imperfections in the leather are normal, as it is a natural material. This is not a valid reason for a complaint.
Please note that actual product colors may vary. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible; however, due to differences in lighting conditions, screen settings, and device displays, the colors you see on your screen may not precisely reflect the actual color of the item. Minor color variations are not considered defects.
Note:
The glue may come loose in a few places between the welt and the leather. This is completely normal and does not affect the shoe. Therefore, it is not a valid reason for a complaint.
If There is Something Wrong with an Item
As a consumer, you have the right to complain within 24 months from the date of purchase. This means that if the item has a defect and you complain quickly, you have the right to have the item repaired or replaced. If this cannot be done or cannot be done within a reasonable time, you can get your money back or get a price reduction, depending on the circumstances.
A defect is, for example, a production or material fault or incorrect information about the item. However, normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use is not a defect. If you discover a defect, you must file a complaint to me “within a reasonable period”. I recommend that you complain as soon as possible, especially if the damage was caused during transport.
If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, this is still considered a reasonable period. If the complaint is justified, I will refund reasonable and necessary shipping costs.

Please note that a returned item must always be properly packaged, and you must obtain a receipt for its shipment. Keep postal receipts, including information about shipping costs and any track and trace number.

The delivery date provided is an estimate only. While I will do my best to meet this timeline, delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or other unforeseen issues. In the event of a delay, I will keep you updated and provide a revised delivery estimate. - Product Representation
